How we send your goods
Please note the below terms and prices do not relate to wholesale/trade orders.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days from the time we receive them. In the event that an item has become out of stock in the interim you have the option of cancelling and receiving an immediate refund or waiting for the item to come back into stock. We inform you immediately if this is the case and you can choose your preference. Some items may have to be by special order, for example some books or music cds, and may take longer. Please note that during staff and public holiday periods processing and delivery of your order will take longer.
Within the UK All orders are dispatched by Second Class post at a charge of £2.95 unless you have requested Priority Post at the Checkout. If you choose Priority Post this is charged at £5.50 per order. In the event your order exceeds a set weight we will send it by Courier Service at no extra charge to you. Orders over £20 will be sent by Second Class Post free of charge(within mainland UK).
Transit Times within the UK Second Class Post – normally 3 working days from date of dispatch. Priority Post – normally delivered next day if the order is received by us before 12 noon, though we cannot guarantee this.
Outside of the UK Please be advised that Customs duties/taxes/handling fees and other possible charges are payable by you, the receiver, in your country where you receive the goods. Mystery Arts Ltd is not responsible for these charges or for any delays experienced as a result of Customs Holding Regulations. Failure to pay these charges on your part may result in your goods being returned to the UK. Mystery Arts Ltd is not responsible for further charges you incur in the event you wish the goods to be resent. Please ensure you understand the process and costs involved that may apply for delivery to your country before placing your order with us.

over 5kg charges will need to be calculated according to which service is most appropriate and cheapest for you. We always try to obtain the most efficient and cheapest way.
Should you wish to return goods please contact us first to arrange return. Goods will need to be in saleable condition and still in their original wrapper and returned to us within 2 weeks of receiving them. In the event you receive goods which are faulty we will refund your postage charges as well as your cost of the goods. We do not refund postage charges where you decide you no longer want the goods for other reasons. Please pack up the goods carefully and return them to us at Mystery Arts Ltd, 8 Solway Avenue, Brighton BN1 8UJ and we will arrange refund or exchange as you prefer.
